Ubat Hati

Bismillah
As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullah

As mentioned in the second lesson on Sunday, Sayyidi Habib Umar (may Allah preserve him) has prescribed the following set of dhikr to overcome the shahawat (base desires):

To say:

يا قهار
Ya Qahhar (The Conqueror, The Ever-Dominating) - 181 times a day


and 100 times a day of the following verse from sura Hashr (59:22):

هُوَ اللَّهُ الَّذِي لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ هُوَ الرَّحْمَنُ الرَّحِيمُ

(Picktall) He is Allah, than whom there is no other God, the Knower of the invisible and the visible. He is the Beneficent, the Merciful


Allah Most High knows best and He alone gives success.

Sebagai Renungan akan kata2 Sheikh kami,Sheikh Yusri Jabr Al-Hasani:

'Sebagai PESAKIT,Seharusnya kita dengar dan patuh dengan suruhan doktor pakar yang merawat penyakit kita.

Tidak masuk AKAL....

Jika seseorang yang sakit itu datang kepada doktor untuk meminta ubat dan kemudian apabila doktor itu memberikan ubat tersebut,si pesakit pun bertanya 'apa dalil engkau berikan aku ubat ini?!'

Allah...


Ya Allah,Hanya Engkau saja penyembuh segala penyakit hati ini...
